During the 02/05/2026 SS4A meeting, the committee took its first steps towards vision zero.

Safety Action Plan, page 58, Location 8: Church Hill Road and I-84 WB Ramp, submit a work order with the State DOT to repaint the faded crosswalk.

 Safety Action Plan, page 52, Location 2: Main Street and Church Hill Road (Route 6), work with the Borough and State DOT to implement portions of this plan as a demonstration of a permanent solution.

Traffic Unit will begin researching the costs and crosswalk locations that would benefit from the installation of push-button Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacons. This will be reported back to the Full Committee. This is the needed data to apply for grant funding.
